How a process unfolds

Many people want to know, before reaching out, what actually happens in this work. Here is a short overview of how a process with me usually unfolds.

1. First contact

You can write a few sentences about what is going on and what brings you to this work. It doesn’t need to be fully formed or “clear” yet. Often a short description of your situation, your question, or your concern is enough.

2. Getting to know each other

In a first conversation we explore whether my work fits your concern. The point isn’t to label you or to rush toward a solution, but to find a shared sense of direction, frame, and fit.

3. A shared frame

If we decide to work together, we agree on frequency, fee, form, and direction. Some people come for a few sessions, others over a longer stretch of time. Both are possible.

4. The sessions

A session can include conversation, perception, body awareness, relational experience, inner images, concrete decisions, or biographical themes. Sometimes the focus is on clarification, sometimes on stabilization, sometimes on perceiving accurately what has been hard to grasp until now.

5. Reflecting on the process

At regular intervals we look together at whether the work is helpful, whether something has shifted, and whether the frame still fits. If another form of support would make more sense, we talk about it.

6. Closing

A process can come to an end when something has been clarified, when enough stability has grown, or when a different next step is ready. A conscious closing is part of the work.

Online or in person?

Online accompaniment is possible from anywhere. Sessions in nature take place by arrangement in Munich or Vienna. More about the three formats in the offerings overview.

What I offer and what I don’t is gathered under What I offer (and what I don’t).
