Morning Inspirations

A morning ritual helps you start the day full of life and consciously align yourself for the day ahead.

With your awakening, you set your intention for the day. Take some time for yourself to do this. How much time you need depends on you. Be kind to yourself—don’t take on too much, but don’t take too little either. By dedicating this time, you show appreciation for your being, allowing it to gradually center itself and unfold its strength throughout the day.

Listen to Your Body, Feelings, and Thoughts

Ground yourself and listen to your breath. Become aware of your existence and the fact that you are alive. Awaken.

Breathe.

Feel yourself and your body. How does it feel today? Is there any discomfort? Does it crave movement? What does it need from you today? Give your body the space it requires right now.

Breathe.

Go deeper. What feelings are present in you today? Take your time to sense them. Allow them space and explore them. Do not judge—just observe what is within you today.

Breathe.

What are your thoughts like today? Observe them for a moment without judging or following them.

Breathe.

Awaken Your Senses and Listen to Your Soul

Now, become consciously aware of yourself again. Tune into yourself and activate your senses. What do you see right now? What does the taste in your mouth feel like? What scent do you notice? What sounds surround you? Gently touch your body and observe how it feels. You are with yourself.

Breathe.

Take it a step further and become aware of your own self-awareness. You are the one perceiving all of this, experiencing all of this. Bring this awareness of yourself into focus and remain there.

Breathe.

Your attention has now become refined. You are feeling and sensing. Connect with your soul. Listen and linger.

Breathe.

Embrace This New Day

Today, you have been gifted another day. A new day in which you can live awake and in harmony with your truth.

Give every day the chance to be the best day of your life.

Mark Twain

Breathe in this day and welcome it.

It will also welcome you…
